SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Once your order is ready it will be shipped out via USPS. It will then arrive at your home within 2-5 business days. International orders shipping timeframes will vary. You may visit the USPS website for time frames. ​Please note, there will be a notice posted on the product page for any items expected to have delayed processing due to high demand.

We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. You should contact USPS for these issues. All of our shipments include tracking numbers, which you will receive once your order is shipped out to you. Once the item is shipped Conversation Games is no longer responsible for any uncontrolled issues that may arise on behalf of USPS and its carriers. If you select Priority Mail, this only expedites your shipping. It does not have any effect on processing times.

If you order an item that is on back order or a pre-order, it will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. We typically have this information posted on our site on the item page.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We strive to provide you with quality products and experiences. We ship each of our products personally, and they are inspected before leaving our doorsteps. If there is an issue with your order that was caused due to an error on our behalf, please contact us immediately and we will happily work with you to get it exchanged.

 

If you decide that you no longer want your order or if you order by mistake, simply contact us, return the unopened shipment. We will issue you a refund upon receipt of the unopened returned shipment. Please note that shipping fees and any opened items or items that appear to be worn or used are non-refundable. We have the right to refuse any returns and/or exchanges. We cannot refund any orders after 15 days.
